Prof. dr hab. Hubert Królikowski pracuje w Instytucie Bliskiego i Dalekiego Wschodu na Wydziale Studiów Międzynarodowych i Politycznych Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego. Jest też prezesem Fundacji Edukacji dla Bezpieczeństwa. W 1996 r. w Wojskowym Instytucie Historycznym uzyskał stopień naukowy doktora nauk humanistycznych ze specjalnością historia wojskowości. Habilitował się w 2006 r. w Akademii Obrony Narodowej, a w 2015 r. uzyskał tytuł naukowy profesora. Pracował na stanowisku adiunkta i profesora w Akademii Podlaskiej w Siedlcach oraz Akademii Humanistycznej w Pułtusku. Posiada też doświadczenia zawodowe związane z bezpieczeństwem narodowym, obronnością i gospodarką. Obszary zainteresowań naukowych: strategia i bezpieczeństwo narodowe, siły i operacje specjalne, nieregularne i niekonwencjonalne aspekty konfliktów zbrojnych, historia wojen i wojskowości.
Prof. Dr Hubert Królikowski, Full Professor at the Middle and Far East Studies Institute, Department of Political and International Studies Faculty of Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He is also the Chairman of the Security Education Foundation. He holds Ph.D. in Military History from the Military Historical Institute in 1996, habilitation in National Security from National Defense Academy in Warsaw in 2006, and full professor since 2015. His academic experience includes the position of Assistant Professor and Professor at the Podlaska Academy in Siedlce, Euro Atlantic Security and Integration School and Academy of Humanities in Pułtusk. He also has many years of professional experience in security, defense and business fields. Main interests and areas of research: strategy and national security in theory and practice, Special Forces and operations, irregular and unconventional warfare, military history.
