Dr. Ulrich Vogel is an expert in value-based leadership and founded the international company profilingvalues in 2009. As managing partner, he develops value-based HR diagnostics and has also been at home in all fields of human resources consulting for 25 years. He studied political science, economics and public law and received his doctorate in international relations after working for five years as a research fellow at the University of the Federal Republic of Germany in Munich. He is married with five children and has lived in Spain since 2013.
