Institute of the Middle and Far East invite to participate in the international conference titled 'Security dilemmas and challenges in the Asia-Pacific region. Alliances and disputes in the shadow of politics of memory and the balance of power in the 21st century'.The convention will be held in January 26th, 2018, followed by the students' workshop.

Since the Asia-Pacific region becomes the place for the shifts of the regional powers, the question of security is a growing challenge, hence the dilemmas seem to be crucial. The economic and political changes in the past two decades have triggered a reorganization of the world order, what in consequence had an impact on the role and position of Asian countries on the international scene, particularly in the region of Asia-Pacific.
